SUNDAY DROP-OFF HOURS ARE CANCELED: Due to bad conditions on side roads and our HQ parking lot, we have decided to cancel Sunday drop-off hours for our Winter Clothing Drive. We anticipate that Monday drop-off hours will open as scheduled. The safety of our volunteers and donors is important to us. If you have items you were planning to donate (and cannot make it during Monday drop-off hours), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see if we can make alternate arrangements to get your items. Thanks!
During the MLK holiday weekend, (January 19-21) as we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., we think of the question he once asked: “Life’s my persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others?”
We recognize that winter is a difficult time for some of the most vulnerable members of our community. So during the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Weekend we will be collecting winter coats/clothes(used or new) and other supplies at our FCDP Headquarters (431 S. Broadway). We will distribute collected items to two non-profits in town: The Hope Center and The Nest.
